Each year Leadership Tulsa presents the Paragon Award to three of its members for outstanding leadership contributions to the community.
The winners are nominated by local nonprofit organizations and then selected by a panel of distinguished and experienced community leaders. Each nonprofit organization that nominates a winner receives a donation to further their cause.
